Updating the ELHART Configurator v1.5.1

The following improvements have been added to the free tool for configuring, diagnosing, and storing automated process control system parameters:

Added to the device library:
- normalizing converter ENC.S1,
- analog signal splitter ENC.S2,
- two-channel ECD2-SL PID controller in a 48x96 mm panel housing,
- humidity and temperature sensor HTE.PF-U10-RS-THI with THI index calculation.
Decoding of error bit masks has been added for ECD and ECV devices: the codes are automatically converted into a user-friendly error list.
Improvements have been made to the Monitor module, which has improved the user-friendliness of working with it.

In the charts field:

Improved the algorithm for compressing and displaying graphs when zooming out.
The function of duplicating parameters has been added to quickly prepare the project for operation.
It is possible to shift the graph along the Y axis when pressing the Alt + LMB keyboard shortcut, as well as zooming using Alt + mouse wheel.
The zoom change on two axes has been optimized — now it occurs from the cursor location.
The operation in the "Synchro" mode has been optimized: when dividing the graph field into two areas, the scale and mouse cursors in both fields work synchronously.

Added to the "Device parameter management" field:

The Notes field — all labels added by the user are displayed as a list. Double-clicking takes you to the placemark location. Additionally, all notes are saved when exporting graphs to a CSV file.
Checking and confirming parameter read/write operations.
Recording parameters using the Enter key.
The ability to rearrange the added parameters.
