New: ELHART ECD2-SL dual-channel PID controller in a shield housing
Dear customers, ELHART company announces the launch of serial production of two-channel ECD2 PID controllers in an updated proprietary panel housing with a front panel size of 48x96 mm.
Functionally ECD2-SL completely repeats ECD2-M:
- Two universal measuring inputs.
- The ability to calculate the difference or the arithmetic mean of the measured values.
- Two independent control channels that support the following operation algorithms:
- ON/OFF (two-position) regulator,
- PID controller or Fuzzy PID controller,
- alarm system,
- normalization converter,
- manual mode.
- Two outputs, the type of which is determined by the order code: e/m relay, TTR output or analog signal: current 4...20 mA / voltage 0...10 V.
- RS-485 interface (Modbus RTU protocol).
- Built-in 24 V (up to 40 mA) power supply for powering primary converters.
The distinctive features of the ECD2-SL series regulators include:
- The horizontal version of the case is 48x96 mm.
- Large, bright white and green indicators.
- Programmatically configurable analog output signal type: current 4...20 mA or voltage 0...10 V.
- Faster measurement inputs: 0.2 sec/channel.
- Removable terminals.
- The best price for the measurement and control channel for the ECD2-SL-RR-RS model within the ECD2 series.

The controller can be adjusted using the front panel buttons or via the RS-485 interface using of the free ELHART Configurator program.
