Russian-made frequency converters for three-phase induction motors

The ELHART EMD-R10 series frequency converters are designed for three-phase induction motors. These devices control pumps, agitators, mixers, grinding machines, conveyors, and other process equipment.

The power range of this series is 0.7 to 11 kW, with 230 V or 400 V supply voltage.

The operating principle is based on converting 50 Hz mains AC voltage into three-phase voltage at a user-defined frequency (up to 100 Hz) while maintaining a constant V/f ratio. Adjusting the frequency and RMS voltage changes the speed of the rotating magnetic field and, as a result, regulates the motor shaft speed.
